Dendeng Daging Ala Sha


sgenggam daging batang pinang.. sha x timbang so xtahu brp beratnya..
sgenggam cili kering + 20 biji bawang merah-kisar sekali
sparuh hirisan gula melaka
1/4 cawan air asam jawa pekat
3 sudu besar kicap pekat manis
garam
1/2 cawan minyak
1 biji bawang beso cincang dadu

panaskan minyak, goreng daging shingga hampir masak. pastu masukkn bwg beso. goreng shingga hampir layu.
angkat n ketepikan.
tumis bahan kisar hingga pecah minyak. masukkan gula melaka, kicap, air asam jawa n garam.
kacau n biar pecah minyak n kering sket.
masukkan daging n bwg beso, kacau rata.
