Ayam Kari Goreng

6 ketul ayam
2 tangkai daun kari
1 biji bwg putih kisar
2 inch halia kisar
1 sudu besar serbuk kari

perap slama 1 jam atau lebih
ketuk2 bhn kisar sebelum goreng garing

Interesting recipe. It must taste curry flavor but on the dry side. What type of curry powder do you use? Thanks for the recipe.
