Asam Pedas Ikan Kembung

ikan terubuk
daun limau purut
10 bwg merah
1 bwg putih
2 btg serai
sdikit lengkuas
cili mesin kisar
air asam jawa
garam scukup rasa

tumis bwg merah n bwg putih shingga naik bau..
masukn daun limau purut sket
masukkn cili yg telah di mesin bsama gan lengkuas. serai dtumbuk
kacau gan api yg plahan hingga terbit minyak.
masukn air asam jawa, ikan n lebihan daun limau purut..
masak shingga mdidih.
